Like every other Ibis Hotel, this one is safe and with good comfort. The breakfast is also totally correct for the price. I think it's globally a good deal. As every Ibis hotel are very standardized, you always know what you get in advance... except in this case for the waiting time at the reception.

Very clean hotel, rooms were always cleaned and decorated for the carnival, friendly staff, great and central location. Restaurant was well set up and good service.

Everyone on the entire staff are top tier!! They are genuine, kind, attentive, professional, and very accommodating. Not only did they take care of me but I watched them take care of every single guest that they interacted with. It felt like family. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The facility is very clean. The location is close to pretty much everything. Taxis are waiting for you outside. 10 out of 10!

The service, food and drinks were fantastic. Far exceeded our expectations. The location was central to everything we needed and just a short taxi ride away. We were always able to get a taxi right out the door. The staff was very helpful and put up with our terrible Spanish or lack there of.

The staff was absolutely wonderful...it felt like being home special thanks to Maria Jose and Juan Ramon for their warm hospitality...the food at the ibis kitchen is delicious and the cappuccino's i had daily where my everyday indulgence. The location is great...central to all local atractions and nearby malls and restaurants. Absolutely Loved it here and I would definitely return!

It's small but very nice location. No pool but easy access, taxis waiting outside. Very nice drivers. One of them speak English but each of them very friendly and tried to help all the time. The Hotel staff super nice!

Nice staff. Comfortable and clean room. Key location if you're coming for medical services and need a place to stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores around.

A wide variety of items to choose from in the breakfast bar. I loved the coffee shop in the lobby, the espresso was great. The staff at the front desk were really helpful. The helped us with taxis and I think her name was Valentina who told me where to shop for sombreros and souvenirs.
